Cooks are responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

Duties:

Ability to prepare food according to food handlers’ guidelines. Knowledge of cooking procedures. Ability to communicate with wait staff and bartenders, maintain the quality and appearance of items prepared, stock and re-stock items prepared, maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed.  Ability to work events, multi-task, maintain thorough understanding of menu items and preparation techniques.

We are seeking bartenders to join our team! As a Bartender, you will help create an atmosphere of premium hospitality, ensuring a remarkable experience for our guests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor and must be team oriented.

Duties:

Bartenders are responsible for opening and closing duties, welcoming golfers, taking drink orders, making drinks and providing outstanding customer service. In addition to bartending duties, you will be responsible for helping serve food to customers during lunch and dinner time. Training will be provided. Duties include keeping the bar and dining room clean. This position has available hours during regular business hours, which are Monday – Sunday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Number of hours each week will depend on availability. Qualifications: A bartending license is required for this position, however time will be allowed to obtain license online.
